Outbound calling for lists, follow-ups, and sales floors.

Outbound means your team places the call. The list might be new, or it might be people who asked for a follow-up. D Ten runs that direction on an auto, predictive, power, or progressive pace, and can add ringless voicemail or an AI suggestion on the live call.

Outbound is a direction, not a single button

People search for an outbound dialer when the job is to call out. Under that job, the pace still has to be chosen. Predictive dialing suits a floor that can handle lines started early. Power dialing suits a floor that reads the record first. Progressive and auto dialing stay at one call per agent, with a different rule for when the next number starts.

Pick the pace on the services comparison, then tell the specialist which one sounds like the floor. “Not sure yet” is a valid answer on the form.

Caller ID and the return path

Outbound campaigns live or die on the number people see and on what happens when they call back. A US VoIP trunk presents that number and carries the minutes. Inbound calling catches the return. Running outbound without a plan for the callback is how lists get angry. Ask for both.

Campaigns you are allowed to run

D Ten provides the dialer and the trunk. The list, the consent, and the hours are yours to confirm. A specialist will ask what the campaign is permitted to do. The tools are for outreach you are allowed to place, not for a workaround.

Tell a specialist how the floor works. Price is part of that conversation, not a number on this page.
