AI dialer that assists the agent on a live call.

An AI dialer on a D Ten floor listens with the agent and can suggest a reply, a next question, or a disposition. The agent stays on the call. A suggestion is not an action until the agent uses it.

What the agent sees

On a connected call, a short suggestion can appear: a reply, a question, or a result to save. The agent can say it, edit it, or ignore it. The caller is talking to a person.

Suggestions can be wrong. A name, a price, or a promise should not be read aloud just because it appeared. The specialist will say what the assist is allowed to draft and what must stay with the agent. Nothing irreversible is sent on its own.

What it does not replace

It does not replace the pace. You still choose auto, predictive, power, or progressive dialing, or an inbound queue. The AI layer sits on the live call. It also does not replace the US VoIP trunk that carries the audio.

If the goal is a message with no conversation, ringless voicemail is the closer fit. If the goal is a bot that talks alone, say so on the form. D Ten will tell you whether that is what this assist does. The default is an agent with help, not an unattended voice.

What to ask for

Which calls should show a suggestion, what the agent must confirm, and whether a summary should be saved with the result. Ask for a plain description before anything is turned on. The form starts that conversation. No price is listed.

Tell a specialist how the floor works. Price is part of that conversation, not a number on this page.
